We are starting with a direct, rhetorical question: Why even study sexuality? Do you want to become a great lover?

The obvious response is simple—yes, of course you want to be a good lover! But I want to give you a completely different take. We are here to study this every day because there is a massive misuse of our sexual energy. Far too often, this force gets stuck in the genitals, drifts away, or fails to circulate correctly through the body.

I am here to be a vessel of information, to share from my personal experience, and to provide "ah-ha" moments for you. At the end of the day, I don’t know if I know more than you. If you are a man, you are honestly probably already a master of sexual experiences.

But here is the cosmic dynamic: Men carry the sexual energy; men carry the fire. We as women, we are water. And sometimes, due to pain we can turn into ice. It takes a massive amount of heat to melt that ice. I am here to bring you the enlightening conversations, tasks, and collected information that has moved through me, straight to you.

The Core Strategy: Ancient Wisdom & Energy Flow

This work is drawn from deep, ancient traditions: the Tao, Kabbalah (the mystical side of Judaism), Shamanism, the invisible realm, and Tantra. These ancient frameworks realized a long, long time ago—and mastered it a lot better than me, that there is an incredible power held between men and women, the masculine and the feminine. According to the Tantrics, if we know how to work with this energy, we might even reach enlightenment.

When you become a better lover, you experience things in sex that go completely beyond what you are used to. It opens up the option of expanding and multiplying that energy, knowing there is so much more than what we currently map out.

That happens because the very nature of sexual energy is to leave the body. Through conscious effort, we learn how to keep it and move it within the body. And this is a skill we want to learn how to utilize at every single age.

The Mechanics of the Sexual Center

The Taoist system deals with the invisible forces of nature and views our physical bodies entirely as energy. While we will dive deep into physical anatomy in Chapter 2, we need to look at the energy centers of our sexual core right now: The Palaces.

• The Sperm Palace & The Ovarian Palace: The man holds the Sperm Palace; the woman holds the Ovarian Palace. When these centers are awakened and warmed up, they signal to our physical sexual organs to produce our sexual liquids and generate the energy that brings us to life.

• The Intelligence of the Palace: When I am physically in the presence of a man who is deeply connected to his body and his masculine essence, my Ovarian Palace instantly recognizes it. That palace does not care about a man's titles, his status, or how he looks. It is a profoundly wise center that recognizes the partner center in you.

There is hope for everyone because this ability is linked to self-knowingness and a connection to truth rather than anything external.

Turning Point: The Language of the Lover

Let me share a personal story. My background was originally in fashion design. My dream was to be an artist and a writer, but life path twists brought me to fashion. Early in my career, I met a guy who awakened something in me that most women would not admit can be awakened. He awakened a place in me that made me a little crazy.

When a man can do that to a woman—which is the entire purpose of this course—everything changes.

All of a sudden, there is a massive rewiring in the woman where she thinks, "OMG! I am alive. I never knew I could feel this way or worship a man in this way." A tremendous amount of self-correction comes to her, and life is amplified instantly. The ego games of "give to me, I'll give to you" and manipulation go completely out the window. All that is left is absolute closeness.

We had a short relationship that affected me to my core. But unfortunately, a specific event brought disappointment. Because I didn’t have the tools to express my disappointment, I ended the relationship with an ego-based excuse: "I don't want to be treated like that."

I closed the door, but I carried immense pain for two years. He was like a phantom in the room. Because I lacked the ability to communicate my emotions and what was moving through my body, that energy became completely stuck. I didn't encourage new sexual energy to circulate. I had no outlet for the disappointment, everything stagnated, and I fell into a deep depression. It didn’t matter that I had a "dream job" in fashion; my existence felt like a living nightmare. I was face-to-face with a feeling of absolute emptiness, and though I was a lot younger then, I felt like I didn't want to live.

Years later, after a job interview went badly, I hit a low point. I came home, exhausted by life, opened my laptop, and decided to write my way out of that dark space. I wrote about amazing sexual encounters I used to have.

As I wrote, a completely different part of myself returned to me. It reminded me of an aspect of my identity that isn't linked to titles, how much money I make, or how I look. It is linked entirely to the language of the lover. That writing turned into an exploration of this exact force.

When I was blocking intimacy after that bad encounter, I was turning into ice. I needed a very capable lover and a highly self-aware man to come and melt that ice.

The Masculine Standard: What Women Appreciate

Shifting back to our studies before my personal story,

True attraction isn't about titles. Women are deeply drawn to a man's ability to know himself and circulate his own energy. Two core traits stand out instantly:
